What's the difference between Empresa and Contabilista?

Empresa is for a company that wants to manage its own documentation. Contabilista is for accounting firms managing multiple clients on one platform. They work together. When an accountant's client activates the Empresa plan, they get direct access to their documents and the company frees up from the accountant's panel.

What is the €1.90/company cost?

The Contabilista plan includes 10 companies. From the 11th onwards, +€1.90/month per company. If the company already has an Empresa plan, it doesn't count toward the limit. No limit on companies.

What happens when a client activates the Empresa plan?

The company gets direct access to the platform with all their documents. The accountant keeps panel access. The €1.90 per-company cost is removed automatically. No migration needed. The data is already there.

Where is my data stored?
